Since 1995, Eleese Lester has been training business and media leaders. Using her 26 years of experience as a working film and television actress, Eleese and her team work with clients to improve their presentation skills and ensure that their delivery produces the desired impact. She regularly facilitates group training in presentation skills for businesses, non-profit agencies, and project teams.

Eleese is also a dynamic public speaker bringing lively, entertaining and original material to her audience.

She has starred and co-starred in many feature films and television series. She can be seen currently in the popular NBC television series Friday Night Lights as Barbara Lee.
